Proud Moment: Jay Modak TT Academy Contingent Set to Shine at Ultimate Table Tennis (UTT) Season 7!
We are thrilled and incredibly proud to announce a historic, multi-talented delegation from the Jay Modak Table Tennis Academy heading to Goa for India’s premier franchise league, Ultimate Table Tennis (UTT) Season 7 (July 9–26, 2026)!
Our academy’s exceptional pipeline of talent is heavily represented across multiple crucial roles this season:
* The Players: Star athletes Sayali Wani (drafted by the debutant UP Prometheans) and Taneesha Kotecha (drafted by the HVR Kolkata Thunder Blades) will be competing as main draft participants on the grandest domestic stage.
* The Tactical Edge: Fresh off his historic Bronze Medal at the Asian Youth Championships in Bangkok, Kushal Chopda joins the tournament as an elite sparring partner, providing high-intensity tactical training to the league's top international icons.
* The Leadership: Our head coach, Jay Modak, returns to the UTT dugout alongside John Murphy to spearhead the championship defense for the reigning champions, U Mumba TT.
This massive representation is a testament to the hard work, grit, and world-class training happening right here at the academy. We wish our players and coach the absolute best as they showcase Nashik’s table tennis prowess to the world!
